Limited Warranty
Manufacturer warrants that The Product sold here under will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the initial purchaser. If the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, Manufacturer shall, at its option, either repair or replace the damaged product at its expense, (minus customer shipment fees of products to manufacturer). This warranty does not cover any Products that have been abused, misused, or tampered with in any way. This warranty does not cover Products damaged in a natural disaster or flood; nor does it cover theft. This limited warranty is not transferable, and only applies to purchases direct from Anodyne Therapy LLC, or its authorized distributors. This warranty also does not cover calf attachment straps.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE, WHICH ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.
